Just like all babies are different, their sleep needs differ too. Generic sleep programs are not going to work for all, which is why Beba Sleep Solutions offers tailored support for your family focussed on your babies unique sleep needs.
Temperament plays a significant role in sleep, as does our lifestyle and parenting approach. I take a holistic approach to achieve the best outcomes for your baby, which are long term and align with your values. There are no rules when it comes to baby sleep and each journey will be different, I know you have already tried to google all the answers and now you maybe are left feeling overwhelmed. Parenthood is not about just surviving, it is about thriving and enjoying all aspects of parenthood, I can help support you to achieve your sleep goals so that you can be left to focus on all the other beautiful joys that babies bring us.
Beba Sleep Solutions differs from the norm as I do not identify as a sleep trainer. Your baby cannot fit into a mould using a generic plan or method. I do not believe in "wait it out" approaches because we can improve sleep now and that is proven to be beneficial as we require sleep for our physical and mental health and wellbeing. Our journey is sustainable as we focus on being 100% responsive to your baby and ensure that your babies unique sleep needs within a 24 hour period are met. Babies sleep is fluid in nature and their are ebbs and flows which are completely normal, let me help you take the stress away, work with your baby and not against and give you the tools to ensure that you are confident in your decisions when it comes to your babies sleep. We do not engage in any type of traditional sleep training methods. You do get over 40 pages of education that we go through together, but we do not do any guides or sleep packs that you can buy. We do this ON PURPOSE, because I hate them and whilst they may be beneficial for some, I think they can cause more stress and I do not want to be apart of it.

Beba Sleep Solutions advocates for attachment and intuitive parenting, focusing on the natural and biologically normal sleep needs and patterns of infants and toddlers. Promoting and protecting the attachment relationship is at the core of what we do and we are supportive of breastfeeding and safe bed sharing and contact naps. We also advocate for enjoyment, going out into nature and exploration, never will you be chained to a dark room in the middle of the day.
I believe that night time parenting should be kind, empathetic and compassionate, where emotional co-regulation is a natural response. I do not engage in Cry It Out (CIO) methods of any form. Instead, it's my job to help you and your baby better understand each other via communication. I am not a sleep trainer rather a holistic baby led sleep coach that focuses on biological normal sleep patterns and methods that can optimise sleep results without causing detriment to your baby or your mental health. I provide validation support that you are doing exactly what your baby needs despite all the noise around traditional sleep training.
Beba Sleep Solutions incorporates feeding to sleep, co-sleeping, contact napping and pacifier use into sleep plans. You do not remove an association that you enjoy and want to continue, and no parent is creating 'bad habits' by comforting your baby, in fact you are emotionally connecting to your baby when you respond to their needs. No habit is a bad habit but if there is an association that you want to move away from then we can do that. We will only support a change that you are wanting to make because it is no longer working for your family. We do not believe in "crutches".
If we are engaging in any techniques with the purpose of modifying behaviour it is going to be done in a way that is 100% responsive to your baby, this means it is done at a pace that your baby is comfortable with and therefore depending on your babies temperament, timeframes regarding change is never provided.
We live in a society that promotes disconnect, pushes babies to be independent before they are ready, where babies are sleeping too deeply too quickly, without thinking of the long term consequences on their emotional development and how we want to parent. Let us follow a different path together.
